Where are your products made?

All of our products are designed, manufactured and tested in our factory. by our highly skilled and trained employees; using locally sourced, high-quality materials.

How long will the whole process take before I get my product?

The standard turnaround time is about 3-4 weeks. However, this can vary seasonally and range from 3-8 weeks. Please call our office to find out our current lead times.

I don't know what design I'm after, can you help me?

Yes, just call us and one of our friendly team will go through our extensive range and help you find a design that suits your home. Alternatively, you can arrange for one of our consultants to come out and visit you for a consultation and site measure.

Do balustrades rust? Are they easy to clean?

All our view safe systems are aluminium and are non-rusting products. Most products can be easily cleaned with soap and water. Stainless steel needs a lot of maintenance if it is used externally, as it can ‘tea stain.
